Intellectual property

The source code, the graphic designs, the images, the photographs, the video-animations, the software, the texts, as well as the information and the content which is included in www.faada.org, www.socresponsable.org, www.adnimalsfree.org, www.turismo-responsable.com, www.sosdelfines.org y www.documentalempatia.com are protected by Spanish law regarding the intellectual and industrial property rights of “FAADA”  and the total or partial copying of this website is forbidden, nor may it be handled, distributed, divulged, modified, transformed or divided without prior written permission of its owner, “FAADA” in accordance with rules 8 and 32 of the second paragraph of the Intellectual Property Law.

The user may only and exclusively use the material which appears in this website for personal private use; being prohibited its use for commercial purposes or to carry out illicit activities. All rights derived from the intellectual property are expressly reserved by “FAADA”.

“FAADA” will make sure of compliance with those previously-stated conditions and of the correct use of the content presented in its website, executing all civil and criminal actions available for the infringement or breach of these rights by the user.

Data protection of a personal nature

Access to the website or its use does not imply the compiling of personal data on the user on behalf of “FAADA”. Nevertheless, in the event that “FAADA” requests personal data, the user will be duly informed of that which is stated in the General Regulation on Data Protection and other rulings which may be relevant to data protection.

The Personal Data that is collected by “FAADA”  in different types of forms shall be used for the purpose of responding to the request made by the interested party, as well as to maintain any relationship that may have become established, and the management, administration, information, loan and improvement in the services that they may decide to contract.

“FAADA” has undertaken the technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of the data and avoid its alteration, loss, unauthorised access or treatment, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of stored data and the risks to which it is exposed, either from human activity or physical or natural environment.

Data on social media

“FAADA” has profiles on different social media platforms, and we should inform users that all data posted in these profiles will be made available for all users who interact on the platform or simply consult it, whether or not they actually have their own profile on the social media platform, since all “FAADA” profiles are public. As a consequence, all the information and content which is published by the user on “FAADA” profiles will be communicated to the other users by the very nature of the service. We strongly advise that you consult the Privacy Policies of the social media platforms before using their services.

In the event that the user sends any type of information to “FAADA”, especially when dealing with data of third parties, through social media, we declare and guarantee the legitimacy of sending said information and that it does not infringe any intellectual property rights either of a brand, a patent, industrial secrets or any other right of third parties, that the information has no confidential nature and does not harm or offend third parties.

“FAADA” is only responsible for data compiled directly from the user and guarantees confidentiality, security and treatment of that data with respect to current legislation, it has no type of responsibility regarding the treatment and later uses that may occur on social media.

“FAADA” does not assume any liability for any damages incurred as a result of the use of the content of the web, being the sole responsibility of the user accessing the site.

“FAADA” tries to regularly review the content of its links. Nevertheless, it is impossible to know the exact content of the suggested links at all times.
